Frequently asked questions

Short answers about formats, quota, payments, and features. The Indonesian version has the full help center.

Getting started

  • What is Podlyzer? Podlyzer is an Indonesian AI platform that turns one podcast episode, video, or recorded conversation into a transcript, YouTube titles and descriptions, threads, LinkedIn posts, carousels, blog articles, and newsletters in Indonesian and English.
  • Which file formats does Podlyzer support? Podlyzer accepts MP3, M4A, WAV, and AAC audio, plus MP4 video. You can also paste a public YouTube link without downloading the file first.
  • Does Podlyzer support Indonesian? Yes. Transcription and every generated output are optimised for Indonesian and English, including mixed-language conversations.
  • Is there a free plan? Yes. Every new account gets the Free plan with 30 minutes of audio per month, no credit card required.

Quota and billing

  • How does the monthly minute quota work? Each plan includes a monthly audio processing quota (for example, Starter includes 300 minutes). Uploading or importing a file deducts the real duration of the audio. Reusing a saved transcript to generate more content does not consume minutes.
  • What happens if processing fails? Podlyzer refunds automatically. If a network problem or server-side failure interrupts transcription or content generation, the deducted minutes are returned to your workspace balance immediately.
  • Which payment methods are available? Payments are in Indonesian Rupiah via QRIS (GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, and any QRIS-compatible banking app) and Virtual Account bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB) through Midtrans.

Features

  • What is speaker diarization? Speaker diarization identifies who is speaking at any moment (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on). It is especially useful for interview podcasts, panel discussions, and meetings.
  • Can I edit the results? Yes. Every output can be edited in place, regenerated with extra instructions, or copied straight to your channel.
  • Does Podlyzer have an API? Yes. Creator plans and above include the REST API v1 for transcription, diarization, content generation, and chat with transcripts. The documentation is public.
